Every Ella tub ships as a complete soaker with the door style shown, a low step-in threshold, a molded contoured seat, textured floor, stainless steel grab bar, chrome faucet with pull-out handheld shower, and Ella's 2-inch Dual Drain that empties the tub in about 80 seconds instead of the 2 to 3 minutes a single drain takes.
Therapy and comfort upgrades
- Hydro massage: adjustable water jets with an intensity dial and ozone sterilization; an inline heater keeps the water warm.
- Air massage: warm-air bubble jets with a self-purging blower.
- Independent foot and calf massage: 6 jets in the footwell on a second pump, so you can enjoy a foot massage without filling the whole tub.
- Infusion microbubble therapy: billions of oxygen-rich microbubbles that clean and soften skin without additives.

Questions about the Escape
Will the Ella's Bubbles Escape fit my bathroom?
The Escape is 72 inches long and 36 inches wide. Measure the alcove length, width and the narrowest doorway on the path to the bathroom, then send us the numbers. Extension panels close the gap in a standard 60-inch alcove, and we confirm fit before you order.
Who does the Escape fit comfortably?
The seat is 29 inches wide and 17 inches deep, which suits seated hip widths up to about 26 inches and bathers from 5'1" to 6'5". If you are near either limit, call us and we will steer you to the next size.
Can I add jets later?
No. Hydro and air systems are plumbed into the shell at the factory, so choose your therapy package when you order. Heated seat, chromatherapy and aromatherapy are chosen at the same time.
Do I have to buy installation?
No. We ship supply-only anywhere in the U.S. and you keep the factory warranty when the tub is installed to specification, and Ella is built for supply-only: no in-home visit is required and you can use your own installer. Or our factory-certified installers handle everything, usually in one day.
