Every walk in tub and roll in shower we sell gets installed by someone who cares whether an 80-year-old can bathe safely tomorrow. If that is you, we would like to talk. Most of our installs are one-day jobs in a homeowner's only bathroom, so we need people who show up, protect the floors, do it right the first time and explain the tub to the customer before they leave.
Open roles
- Installer (all states): remove the old tub, set and level the new one, plumbing and electrical rough-in with a licensed partner where required, surround and trim. Factory training provided on Hydro Dimensions, Ella and Bestbath.
- Lead installer / crew chief: runs a two-person crew, owns the customer walk-through, photographs and closes out the job.
- Licensed plumber (subcontract or W-2, by market).
- Phone sales (remote): consultative, no in-home visits, no pressure. You will be measured on customer satisfaction as much as closes.
- Customer care (remote): scheduling, warranty and follow-up.
