Freight is quoted per order, or your customs broker can arrange pickup at a border terminal. Installation crews do not cross the border; your contractor gets the factory schematic and our free tech support.
- Pick the product. Any tub, shower or pan on the site. Model number and door side are all we need to start.
- Get the freight quote. Tell us the city and whether it is residential or commercial delivery. Crated tubs ship LTL on a pallet; we quote to your door with liftgate, or to a terminal near the border.
- Broker or no broker. Many customers use a broker for duties, GST/HST and paperwork; we supply the commercial invoice and HS codes. Or arrange your own pickup at a U.S. border terminal and clear it yourself.
- Install with your contractor. Same factory warranty as a U.S. order when installed to spec, plus free phone tech support for the installer.
Free shipping to the lower 48 applies to many models for U.S. addresses; Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are quoted per order.
