Who does the Big4One fit comfortably?
The seat is 24 inches wide and 21.25 inches deep, which suits seated hip widths up to about 23 inches and bathers from 5'7" to 7'0". If you are near either limit, call us and we will steer you to the next size.
Can I add jets later?
No. Hydro and air systems are plumbed into the shell at the factory, so choose your therapy package when you order. Heated seat, chromatherapy and aromatherapy are chosen at the same time.
Do I have to buy installation?
No. We ship supply-only anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (free shipping to the lower 48 on many models, freight quoted for Canada) and you keep the factory warranty when the tub is installed to specification, and Ella is built for supply-only: no in-home visit is required and you can use your own installer. Or our factory-certified installers handle everything, usually in one day.
